The Auto BLDG at 158 Sterling won the "Rebuild" award for buildings that are anchoring the transformation of a former brownfields site/community at the 2021 Canadian Brownfield Awards on November 23, 2021. Adam Feldman and Edward Yu of architectsAlliance and Jasmine Frolick of Castlepoint Numa accepted the award on behalf of the team.
