We are thrilled to announce that Toronto City Council approved our rezoning application for 72 Perth Avenue today!

The proposed 9-storey building includes 108 rental residential units, with a focus on 2 and 3-bedroom units.A portion of those units will be affordable rental units and WoodGreen Community Services is helping us to manage these units. There will also be garden units at grade along Perth Avenue as well as three two-storey live-work units designed for artists.
