We are excited to share that we recently resubmitted the Site Plan Application and Zoning By-Law Amendment to the City of Toronto on the Weston Park Development.
We aim to revitalize the site by creating a mixed-use development which will support the existing church spaces and programs while introducing a variety of new uses, including community, residential and commercial/retail uses.
The Weston Park development is a Transit-Oriented Community and will bring a significant community space, public plaza at grade, and incorporate the heritage flatiron building.
