We’re excited that our Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law applications are approved for 1865-1885 Weston Rd. The Weston Park development will be a village on the valley, offering stunning views and convenient access to the Humber Valley. Incorporating community and retail spaces and preserving heritage elements will contribute to creating a vibrant mixed-use site at the corner of Weston & Lawrence.

 Weston Park includes two towers, 50 and 46 storeys tall, providing over 1000 transit-oriented residential units on top of a significant community space incorporating a performance hall and a full-size gymnasium.
