This project is a 7,613 square metre purpose built, urban format, courier facility. The courier facility replaced the previous facility located at 215 Lake Shore Boulevard in the East Bayfront Precinct. Within the new facility, 1,038 square metres are allocated to the office/public reception area and 6,575 square metres for warehouse space. 14 visitor parking spaces, as well as 114 secured employee parking spaces and 93 secured courier van parking spaces. In addition, 80 courier van spaces are allocated interior to the warehouse area.
