Following two failed attempts by other developers to deliver the second phase of Palace Pier, Castlepoint Numa acquired the land and successfully launched the project in partnership with Bramalea Limited. Castlepoint Numa obtained the first permit in over 15 years to build on what was then a motel strip, launching the rejuvination of Humber Bay.
