Castlepoint Numa acquired and retrofitted the property to serve as the west coast head office for ING Direct. Before our acquisition the building was never occupied and sat vacant for 10 years. Castlepoint Numa successfully relaunched and tenanted the building, which has since been acquired and serves at Variety's head office.
